Dr. Luis Fandos MD, ABAPM
With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Luis Fandos is a highly respected physician specializing in interventional pain management. Originally from Rosario, Argentina, he relocated to the United States in 1993, completed his residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, followed by an interventional pain management fellowship at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital, Columbia University, and a fellowship in neuropathic pain at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.
Dr. Fandos serves as a physician leader at New York Spine and Pain Physicians in Bay Shore, NY, and directs the Division of Pain Medicine at South Shore University Hospital. He was recently appointed Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, and trains resident physicians and speaks at conferences across the U.S. and internationally.
Always seeking innovative ways to support his patients, Dr. Fandos expanded into cellular medicine. Utilizing genetic testing, peptide therapy, IV treatments, hormone replacement therapy, and targeted nutritional supplementation, he crafts individualized wellness plans that address disease at the cellular level, in ongoing collaboration with the Seeds Scientific Research and Performance Institute.

Pina Prainito BA, MA, CFNC-BC
Pina Prainito is a board-certified functional nutritional counselor through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, specializing in personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies using a functional medicine approach. She helps clients improve health by addressing root imbalances and leveraging natural therapies to enhance bodily function and prevent chronic illness.
With a Bachelor's degree from Hofstra University and a Master's from SUNY Stony Brook, Pina brings over 25 years of experience in education. As a recognized authority in functional nutrigenomics, she has researched how nutrients influence gene expression and affect treatment outcomes, and has helped many clients overcome anxiety and depression through targeted genetic testing.
In addition to counseling, Pina teaches functional nutrition and mindful eating practices, exploring the connection between diet and mental well-being. Through lectures, discussions, and hands-on learning, she empowers clients to integrate functional nutrition into everyday life.

Faisal Mahmood Malik DNP
Faisal Mahmood Malik is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of experience in pain management and regenerative aesthetics. A graduate of New York University, Faisal has practiced across diverse clinical environments including ICU care, community health, and hospital-based pain management, eventually discovering his true passion for aesthetics.
At Alluring Age, he integrates regenerative treatments such as exosomes and peptides to deliver subtle, youthful results. He specializes in microneedling with radiofrequency and utilizes Fotona laser technology to restore skin vitality in a natural-looking way, and has played a key role in implementing Alluring Age's hair restoration protocol.

Stephanie Aguirre PA-C
With over 12 years of clinical experience, Stephanie is an accomplished Physician Assistant specializing in primary care, pain management, and aesthetic medicine. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services from the University at Buffalo, followed by her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from D'Youville College.
Stephanie has devoted much of her career to improving the lives of patients with acute and chronic pain, including extensive work with migraine sufferers. She creates tailored treatment plans that support both immediate relief and long-term health.
In aesthetic medicine, Stephanie provides advanced treatments including Botox, microneedling, nanoneedling, Fotona laser therapy, hair restoration, and IV infusions. Her aesthetic philosophy focuses on natural results that enhance confidence through minimally invasive techniques.
