A limited extension of our West Islip practice.
Alluring Age is opening a satellite location at The Wellness Stop to provide accessible functional medicine and wellness consultations for the Port Jefferson community. This location will operate as a limited-availability extension of our main West Islip office.

Provider Spotlight
Dr. Luis Fandos, MD
Dr. Fandos has practiced interventional medicine for more than twenty-five years. He directs the Division of Pain Medicine at South Shore University Hospital and is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell.
At Alluring Age he works in cellular and functional medicine, using genetic testing, peptide therapy, hormone replacement and targeted nutrition to build plans around what a person's own biology shows. He is the physician you will sit down with in Port Jefferson.
Community Partnership
In collaboration with The Wellness Stop.
The Wellness Stop is a Port Jefferson wellness shop and studio, and it is where these consultations will be held. Bringing a physician into a space the community already uses is the point of the pilot: it puts functional medicine somewhere people are, rather than asking them to drive to find it.

Alluring Age Is Going East - Limited Satellite Availability
We are excited to introduce a limited satellite presence at The Wellness Stop in Port Jefferson Station. For the next three months, Dr. Luis Fandos will be offering complimentary consultations once per month as part of our community wellness initiative. This soft launch allows us to bring functional medicine support closer to patients in eastern Long Island while we evaluate long-term demand.

Frequently asked questions
Is the consultation really complimentary?
Yes. During the pilot, the consultation with Dr. Fandos at The Wellness Stop is offered at no charge. It is a conversation about your health and what testing would tell you, not a treatment visit.
How often is Dr. Fandos in Port Jefferson?
Once a month for three months: October 23, November 20 and December 18. Spots on each date are limited.
Do I need to be an existing Alluring Age patient?
No. These consultations are open to the community, and many people who come will not have been to our West Islip office before.
What happens after the consultation?
If it makes sense to go further, we will explain what that looks like: bloodwork, a review of your results, and a plan. Continuing care is provided at our West Islip office.
Is this a permanent second office?
Not yet. This is a three-month pilot, and whether it continues depends on what the demand tells us. That is the honest answer, and it is why the dates are limited.
