Call the office to request a refill.

Call during business hours and tell us you need a refill.
Have your full name and date of birth ready so we can find your chart.
Know the medication and dose you are refilling, and the pharmacy you want it sent to.
We will confirm the request and let you know if anything needs a check-in first.

Refills are handled during business hours. If you are calling after hours, leave a message and we will pick it up the next business day.
