Serving all of Long Island
Longevity and Hormone Medicine on Long Island
One practice on the South Shore, drawing patients from both counties and the East End.
Care built around your numbers, not a menu.
Long Island is large enough that most people think in terms of their own end of it. The South Shore and the North Shore run their own routines, Nassau and Suffolk feel like different places, and the East End is a world of its own in summer. What all of it shares is a shortage of one particular thing: longevity medicine that is actually physician-led, where the plan follows your bloodwork rather than a menu.
That is what we built. Alluring Age sits at 400 Montauk Highway in West Islip, on the same road as Good Samaritan University Hospital, roughly at the midpoint of the South Shore. From there we see patients who drive fifteen minutes and patients who drive an hour, and the reason is usually the same: they wanted hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, advanced diagnostics and aesthetics handled by one team that talks to itself, instead of assembled from four places that do not.
The Detail
What this means in practice.
Why the location works
Montauk Highway runs the length of the South Shore, and Sunrise Highway and the Southern State Parkway run parallel to it. Being on 27A rather than tucked into a village centre means most of the island reaches us on roads it already uses, without a detour through anywhere. From the Nassau line it is a straight run east. From the East End it is a straight run west.
What we actually do
Six pillars: hormone therapy including bioidentical hormones and EvexiPEL pellets, regenerative medicine from stem cell therapy through to hyperbaric oxygen and EBOO, peptide therapy, advanced diagnostics, medical weight loss and IV therapy, and aesthetics. The point of keeping them together is that they inform each other. Your hormone panel changes what makes sense for your weight plan; your metabolic testing changes what we do with peptides.
Testing comes first
Nothing starts with a protocol. It starts with panels, and with a conversation about what those numbers mean for you specifically. That is the part most people say they had not been given before, and it is the reason patients are willing to make a real drive for it.

Questions
Long Island, answered.
- Do you see patients from across the whole island?
- Yes. Our patients come from both counties and from the East End. Being on Montauk Highway rather than in a village centre is what makes that practical, because most of the island reaches us on roads it already uses.
- Where exactly are you?
- 400 Montauk Highway in West Islip, on the South Shore in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County. It is the same road as Good Samaritan University Hospital, which is the landmark most people know.
- Is it worth travelling if I am at the far end of the island?
- That depends entirely on what you need. For something routine, no. For physician-supervised hormone care built on real diagnostics, or for regenerative therapies like stem cells, HBOT and EBOO that few practices offer at all, patients regularly decide it is. A first consultation can start on the phone so you can judge that before driving anywhere.
